Position Description
Responsibilities:
Could include provide performance consulting services on division and corporate initiatives within assigned business unit. Manage a group of HR professionals in the design, implementation and management of key GHR programs for assigned business unit. Develop and execute strategies and programs to support the performance, development, recognition, reward, and retention of employees within client business groups. Provide leadership and guidance during and after due diligence of acquisitions, divestitures, business relocations, re-organizations, outsourcing and/or start-up activities. Counsel management and employees in the resolution of complex employee relations issues. Assess, measure and manage risk exposure as part of standardized business practices.Improve current processes and eliminate operating inefficiencies.
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent education and work experience. Minimum of 10 years experience in Human Resources, including prior human resource generalist experience or equivalent. A high level of business acumen and excellent performance consulting, multi-tasking, communication, and organization skills required. Candidates should have demonstrated analytical skills, strong leadership experience, possess superior planning, communication, organizational skills and be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization. Prior financial services industry experience preferred. Detail and deadline oriented. PC Proficient.
