Cabela's, World's Foremost Outfitter of hunting and fishing gear has an immediate opening for an Inventory Coordinator in Storage & Ammo at our corporate office in Sidney, NE.

General Description: This position is responsible for the integrity and accuracy of PO ship and arrival dates along with PO quantities through vendor communication. The ship date impacts the vendor for potential non-compliance penalties and the arrival dates impact both financial reporting and information relayed to Cabela's customers. This position is also responsible for other tasks and communication related to inventory status at SKU/PO level such as RTVs, out of stock reports and communication with the team.

Essential Activities & Responsibilities:

• Responsible for PO system updates and accuracy including manual purchase order entry, purchase order adjustments, order acknowledgements, arrival date accuracy, purchase order hard copy and purchase order maintenance.
• Responsible for creating and tracking RTVs and Retail pulls.
• Assists in the development of key performance metrics of all channels for use in the weekly and monthly performance reviews, using reporting provided by Planning and Inventory.
• Responsible for vendor contact regarding quantities and shipping.
• Responsible for LC, OADI, pro forma follow-up.
• Responsible for communication with pod team regarding PO shipping issues.
• Responsible for distribution and data entry of ad quantity by location, using the total quantity provided by the Surdell system.
• Responsible for developing the catalog out of stock and ad out of stock reports.

Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or one to three years experience.
• Advanced knowledge in the following computer programs: Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.
