Cabela's Retail, Inc is hiring a seasonal Retail CLUB Card Associate for our Retail Showroom in Rogers, MN. These positions are a critical link to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for all outdoor enthusiasts.
  
This position's duties include:
  
Greets customers and presents them with the opportunity to become a Cabela's CLUB Visa Member.  
Details the benefits of being a CLUB Member and makes the appropriate sales pitch to convince them to apply for the CLUB card.  
Will be responsible for following the principles established by the supervisor for applicable government compliance issues.  
Must provide feedback information on a daily basis and in a timely manner.  >Responsible for keeping booth inventory accurate and organized  applications, pens, gear bags, T-shirts>  
Will be expected to meet goals and objectives set by the marketing department.  
Will facilitate the credit information gathering for the credit decision process.  
Performs other duties as assigned by management.

Able to Sell the Cabela's CLUB Card.

Interact With Multi Levels of Retail Staff (Managers to Floor Staff).  
Knowledgeable of Customer Relations Practices and Corporate Policies.  
Maintains Confidentiality.  
Must possess applicable compliance knowledge as it relates to the Cabela's CLUB Card.  
Must have basic knowledge of computers and other office equipment.  
Must have a high school diploma, or equivalent.  
Must be able to work the following: All weekends; any day, including holidays; opening and closing shifts.  
Seasonal employment only. Position will run through end of year 2009 at which time employment will end or be considered for possible extension..
